How can I add a link to an external page after the form is submitted?

Je découvre Jotform que je trouve vraiment très complet !

Neanmoins je ne trouve pas pour l’instant comment insérer dans un questionnaire un renvoi vers la page où un client peut mettre un avis Google : dans un questionnaire de satisfaction, y a-t-il moyen de demander à un client de nous écrire un avis qui soit ensuite automatiquement publié dans les avis Google ? Ou bien d’insérer un lien en fin de questionnaire qui permette au client d’aller sur la page pour mettre un avis Google ?

Thanks for reaching out to us for help. Unfortunately, our French Support agents are currently busy helping other Jotform users at the moment. I'll try to assist you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd prefer to receive support in French, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.

Unfortunately, it is not possible to put a link in the Question label. As a workaround, What you can do is add a Paragraph element and then insert the question label to it with the link. We can add CSS to remove the spaces between the paragraph element and options.

I think it worked.

However, once you click on the link, the page opens directly in the same window (so the person answering the form gets out of the form): is there a way I can have the Google window open in another window, so that the jotform still continues up until the submission webpage?

I don't know if my question is clear but what I mean is to have the client answering the satisfaction questionnaire until the end + have him put a Google comment if he wants to :)

Thanks for getting back to us. If you want to show the link when the form is submitted, you can do that by changing your form layout to Classic. Our Classic forms allow you to display a Thank you page where you can add an external page or website. Changing your form layout is easy. Let me show you how:

1. In Form Builder, click on the Paint Roller icon on the right side of the page.
2. In the menu that opens on the left side of the page, click on Layout.
3. Finally, select Classic Form. That's it
   
   

Now that you've changed the layout of your form. You can set up your Thank You page. Let me show you how:

• In Form Builder, click on Settings.
• In the menu on the left side of the page, click on Thank You Page.
• Now, enter the text to be hyperlinked and click on the Insert Link icon.

• Enter a URL to redirect people to another website when they click on the text, then click on OK to save. That’s it.
