    Cordialement,

    Jonathan

    Hi Jonathan,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, our French Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users at the moment. I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in French, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.

Now, let me help you with your question. After scanning the QR code I also was directed to the Jotform login page. Please try to download the QR code of your form again. Let me show you how:

    1. In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the screen, click on Publish.
    2. Go to Quick Share, and click on the QR code icon.
    3. Click on the Download button to proceed with the download of a QR code.

Give it a try and let us know how it goes.

My personal QRcode worked fine for 3 months, when I decided to change the form, it didn't work anymore. Can webmasters redirect please the QR code with /build/ in it to the actual form?

    Hi Jonathan,

Thanks for getting back to us with additional information. I’m sorry you're having difficulties with this. Unfortunately, it is not possible to generate a QR code that directs users to the Form Builder. However, I tried to scan the QR code you provided in your previous response, and it led me to the Form Builder. Could you please confirm how you generated the QR code? Did you use a QR code widget and paste the Form Builder link? The QR code that can be downloaded from the Publish tab can be scanned by your users to be redirected to the Sign-In/Out form, which they can then manually complete.

If you want to allow another user to edit your form, you can do so by sharing a form with them via Form Collaboration. You can share a collaboration link with others so that you can all work on the same form at the same time. Because all changes are automatically uploaded, you are always editing the most recent version. Here's how to go about it:

    1. In your Form Builder, click Add Collaborators, found at the top right of the page.

    2. Click Copy Link and share it with others.

If that’s not exactly what you’re looking for, can you explain a bit more so I can help you better?
