The Skip to a Page condition is not working

Bonjour, 

Nous devons lancer le formulaire aujourd'hui et j'ai un problème avec les conditions.

J'ai mis des conditions dans mon formulaire sur la question : 

"Dans quelle région vivez-vous ?"

Si c'est :

• Canada :
• en cliquant sur suivant il doit aller sur la page 9 + après consultation de cette page aller sur la page 12
• États-Unis :
• en cliquant sur suivant il doit aller sur la page 10 + après consultation de cette page aller sur la page 12
• Afrique / Antilles / Europe / Autre :
• en cliquant sur suivant il doit aller sur la page 11 + après consultation de cette page aller sur la page 12

Avec le paramétrage conditionnel que j'ai fait cela ne fonctionne pas ... ca bloque quand on clique sur suivant pour Canada et on peut pas aller plus loin.

Comment dois-je procéder svp ? 

Merci de vérifier que ce soit applicable dans les autres champs similaire. 

Aussi, Pouvez-vous me confirmer qu'en allant jusqu'au bout pour chaque option choisie, lorsqu'on fait soumission on voit la page de remerciements ?

Thanks for patiently waiting. I have cloned your form and made a test submission. I found that the Next Button forwarded me to page number 9 when selecting Canada in the 'Dans quelle région vivez-vous' field, but then it did not go to page 12. However, I could fix this by using new conditions to Hide pages 10 and 11 according to what you need. Let me show you how:

1. In Form Builder, click on Settings at the top orange bar.
2. From the left panel, select Conditions.
3. Click on Add a new condition.
4. Select SKIP TO A PAGE.
5. Add the following condition:

6. Click on Save, and do the same for Page number 10:

Now, the condition should go directly to Page 12 after skipping to Page 9, as you can see below:

You can repeat the same process for the other conditions, and it will work the same way.

It is ok when selecting Canada and Afrique / Antilles / Europe / Autre.

But for Etats-Unis no, because the conditions did not go to page 12 after page 10.. The page 11 display.

I don't understand what's happened but I think that there is a link with the order of conditions, I'm not sure.
