    Bonjour,

    Hi David,

Thanks for reaching out to us for help. Unfortunately, our French Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users at the moment. I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in French, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.

Now, let me help you with your question. If you're referring to your Upload Space Limit, you can clear your upload space by deleting submissions that have file uploads on them, but keep in mind that deleting submission data is irreversible and will permanently remove the data from our servers.

You may want to download all of your submissions first before deleting them. If you have already deleted several submissions with file uploads on them, check if they were sent to your 'Trashed entries'. You need to delete them there as well to free up the upload space. You can follow the steps below on how you can do this:

    1. Open the main tab’s menu using the three-dot icon.

    2. Select Trashed entries.

    3. In the Trash pane on the right, choose the submissions to delete, then select Delete Forever.

    4. Finally, select Delete in the confirmation dialog.

But if you don't want to delete the whole submission, you can just delete the uploaded files on that submission. You can check my screencast below on how you can do this from the Jotform Tables.

You can check your current upload space by going to your Account Usage page. After deleting the submissions with file uploads, clear your form cache and refresh the Jotform page so the changes in your usage are reflected on the account.

Let us know if you have any other questions.
