How to cancel the auto renewal for my plan

    Bonjour,

    J'aimerais mettre fin au renouvellement de mon abonnement.

    Je ne vois pas comment faire dans mon profil.

    Vous pouvez me dire la procédure à suivre?

However, please note that it could take longer to receive a response.

    You can stop the auto-renewal of your subscription by canceling it. Your subscription won't be impacted by this, and it will be finished on schedule. You can cancel your subscription, but it should be done on the Desktop version of Jotform. Let me show you how:

    1. On your My Forms page, hover your mouse over your avatar in the top-right corner and click on Settings.

    2. Under the Billing tab, click on Change Plan.

    3. Click on the Downgrade button to switch to the Starter (Free) Plan.

    4. A pop-up window will provide additional information about the downgrade. Follow the instructions to proceed with canceling your plan or switching back to the Free account. You can also check out our guide about How to Cancel your Subscription.
