Thanks for your patience and I apologize for the delay. For this question, yes it's possible. It can't be sign simultaneously. The first user should need to complete their part first. It's actually the same as what I have described and showed on this thread. For this specific case, you need to add multiple signature field and label it with the assigned person so there will be no confusion.
