Pouvons-nous avons plusieurs personnes qui interviennent sur le formulaire, dans notre cas "l'entreprise remplis sa partie, l'apprentie la sienne, l'école peut vérifier les informations et les valider, nous, nous réceptionnons les éléments"

Thanks for your patience. It's possible though but it can't be done simultaneously. The user needs to complete his part first then a member of your company can edit the form and complete his part. It's important to label the section that is intended for your member only so the user will not fill it up. Let me show you an example.

You can use the Heading Element to label and separate the fields as shown below:


Once the form is set, you can create a notification email, use the email address your company member as the recipient and add the edit link so they can edit the form and complete their part. Let me show you:

1. Click on Settings
2. Select Emails
3. Click on Add email
4. Select Notification Email
5. Add the Edit link
6. Click on Recipient tab
7. Add the email address
8. Click on Save

You can always customize the email content so it's tailored fit to the intended receiver. Give it a try and let us know if you need more help.
