Comment ajouter des champs dans le widget "Spreadsheet to Form" ?

Lorsque j'ajoute le widget "Spreadsheet to Form" à mon formulaire, il ne contient que le champ à remplir avec le code unique et le bouton pour obtenir les données de la feuille de calcul.

Comment ajouter les champs correspondants aux données importées de la feuille de calcul ?

Now, let me help you with your question. The Spreadsheet to Form widget will only have the field where the unique code can be typed in. The corresponding fields should be added manually to your form and they should match the field label. You may check this link to know more information on how you can set this up.
