    Bonjour,

    Nous avons des formulaires actuellement qui tournent et nous avons ateint notre quota, depuis des jours j'envoie des demandes de contact pour passer à une formule plus grande mais aucune réponse eyt c'est très urgent.

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, our French Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users at the moment. I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in French, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.

    As for your question, I went ahead and checked your account and I noticed that you have exceeded your Monthly Submission limit. For a Gold subscription, you have a 10,000 monthly submission limit. Please take note that if you exceed your monthly limit, your forms will be disabled and will display an over-quota error, also you will be unable to receive any further submissions. If you'll need to receive more submissions, you can upgrade to the Enterprise plan or wait for the submission counter to reset on the first day of the next month.

    Bonjour et merci pour votre réponse.

    j’ai bien compris qu’il faut upgrade la formule vers Entreprise mais impossible de le faire tout seul.

    nous ne pouvons attendre que le quota revienne donc on veut en urgence passer à la formule Entreprise.. comment faire ?

    Moving forward, I understand that you would like to upgrade to the Enterprise as soon as possible. Please fill out the Enterprise form and we have dedicated support who will respond to the application via email.

    J’ai déjà remplit le formulaire pour l’upgrade entreprise et je n’ai aucune réponse cela fait des jours

    Nous sommes basés au Sénégal.

    Notre organisation n’est pas commerciale mais dépend de l’université et nous offrons des formations sur le numérique gratuitement aux jeunes du Sénégal. C’est pour cela que nous utilisons Jotform pour nos appels à candidature. Nous avons actuellement beaucoup d’appels à candidature qui sont clôturés ce dimanche et les jeunes ne peuvent plus s’inscrire d’où l’urgence de notre demande.
