Disconnected and Unable to Log Back In to the Account

Je travaillais sur un formulaire et d'un coup je me suis retrouvé déconnecté et je n'arrive plus à me connecter sur Jotform pour retrouver mes formulaires.

I did check your account and found that it is currently suspended as your form is suspected to be used for phishing. I am escalating this thread to our form review team. We will get back to you as soon as we have any update from them.
