Bonjour,

Hi Anne,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, our French Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users at the moment. I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in French, let us know, and we can have them do that. But keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.
Now, let me help you with your question. Your account is still in good standing, but if you want to free up Upload Space on your account, you must permanently delete the uploaded files on your form. Let me walk you through it:
- Select the submissions that have uploaded data on them in your Submissions Table, then click the Delete button on the right side of the page.
- Select Trashed Entries by clicking the three-dot icon.
- Select the submission to be deleted and press the Delete Forever button.
- Lastly, click the Delete button to confirm the deletion of the submission. This will completely delete the submission and all of its uploaded data.
Another option is to select the attachments in your table's File Upload column, then click the Delete button. This will delete the attachments without requiring you to check your deleted Entries. Please keep in mind that this will only remove the attachments and not the submission itself.
Since deleting data from your submission Tables is permanent. You can get the attachment as well as the submission data by downloading it. For more information, please see the following related guides:
That's it. Let us know if you have any other questions.
