Now, let me help you with your question. Yes, you can create an offline form and then once your connection is restored, the submissions will be synchronized in your inbox. Let me show you how:
On the Jotform Mobile App, you can use Offline Mode to save your form to your device so you can fill it out, or you can use Kiosk Mode even when you don't have an internet connection. All of the submission data will be saved to your device and then later sent to your Inbox once you have an internet connection. Let me show you how to set it up:
- On your My Forms page, tap on the Gear icon at the top of the page, and select Offline Forms.
- Choose the form you want to access in Offline Mode.
When you don't have an internet connection, tap on your form, and in the menu that comes up, tap on Fill Out or Kiosk Mode.

Hi klotandiok,
Thanks for getting back to us. Unfortunately, it is not possible for your customers to fill out the form offline from their end. The Kiosk Mode/Offline Mode works only on your account. For example, if you have a representative that will collect data from your customers in an area that has no connection, that representative should first enable the Kiosk Mode/Offline Mode of the form and then collect the data from the customers by making the customer's fill out the form from the representative's device.
Once the representative gets back to a place where there is a stable connection, the submissions will be synced.
