Username change request.

Bonjour, est-ce que ce serait possible de remplacer mon nom : angelinenzeza par fondation ou fondation-event ?

Car pour créer un formulaire pour un événement, j'ai besoin d'une adresse plus générique qui ne contienne pas mon nom au minimum.

Now, let me help you with your question. To update the username on your Jotform account, we’ll need you to provide us with at least 3 usernames in order of your preference, and we’ll change it to the first one available. The username can only consist of alphanumeric characters and underscores (_).

Also, after we’ve changed your account's username, the custom URLs of your forms will no longer work. You’ll need to re-create them again after changing the username. You can learn how to do that here with our guide about how to create a custom URL for a form.

Thanks for getting back to us. Unfortunately, none of your provided usernames can be used. Keep in mind that '-' is not available. As per my colleague's reminder, you can only use alphanumeric characters and underscores '_'. Kindly provide another 3 possible usernames that we can try to use.
