    j ai saisi la date du 16 , mais j ai pas reçu le mail !

    Pourriez vous me confirmer ma reservation ?

Or, if you'd rather have support in French, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.

    Now, let me help you with your question. Do you mean, you made a reservation by filling up a form? If so, if the Form owner set an Autoresponder email to their form you will receive an email. But, if you were referring to something else, can you explain a bit more so we can help you with it?
