Bonjour,
j'ai créé un formulaire d'inscription à une visite. Lorsque ceux-ci s'inscrivent, s'ils changent ensuite d'avis et souhaitent se désinscrire comment peuvent-ils procéder ?

Or, if you'd rather have support in French, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.
Now, let me help you with your question. I understand you wish to have an option for your customer for them to be able to unsubscribe. I understand the issue, but I’ll need a bit of time to work out a solution. I’ll get back to you shortly.

Thanks for your patience and understanding, we appreciate it. About your inquiry, you can use our mail newsletter integration, for example, Mailchimp you can set unsubscribe link on Mailchimp's side by following this guide: http://kb.mailchimp.com/merge-tags/the-unsubscribe-merge-tag
