    Bonjour,

    Merci d'avance :)

    Hi Rudy,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, our French Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users at the moment. I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in French, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.

Now, let me help you with your question. I'm afraid it is not possible to create conditions in the product list field. What you can do is list your products using regular fields like the multiple-choice field, enable calculation values, then pass the total to your payment field. Here is a sample form that you can check, you can clone it to check on how it was set up in the backend.

Let us know if you have any other questions.

Hello, thank you for your response.

However, I now have a second problem. When I integrate the conditions into my form, the form glitches when I try to preview it.

For example, when I click on "Preview Form" in the upper right corner or when I click on "Publish" and "Copy Link" and then try to view it, I am redirected to the Jotform homepage or a page indicating that no form has been detected.

(I have also tried using a private window and deleting my cookies).

    Hi Rudy,

Thanks for getting back to us. I moved your other question to a new thread and helped you with that here.

    Thank you :)

Using the advice from your colleague, which is to use conditions and the calculator for the form by integrating values in a 'multiple-choice' format, I still want to use Stripe Checkout so that my customers can use Apple Pay or Google Pay.

However, I feel that it's impossible to retrieve the values from the fields to be charged with Stripe Checkout because it requires products to be in a store.

Do you have a solution so that I can charge my customers using Apple Pay and Google Pay?

    Hi Rudy,

Thanks for getting back to us. If my colleague's suggestion does not work for you. Your form can be integrated with Apply Pay and Google Pay. You might want to check out this guide about How to Integrate Jotform with Apple Pay and Google Pay.

Let us know if you have any other questions.

This recommendation you sent me only works if I use the "Product List" function, which also works with Stripe or Stripe Checkout.

Do you have a solution to integrate conditions with the following path that ends with a payment using Stripe using Google Pay or Apple Pay?

    Here is the path:

    1 - I'm sending my photo.

2 - I choose the print size for my photos.

One a sheet of 10 stickers of 6x6cm.

    A single sticker of 10x10cm.

I can already see the price displayed, and then I can confirm.

Upon reaching the next step, an offer appears: Would you like a 2nd photo to be printed?

    Offer:

No = The customer proceeds to the order.

    Yes

    If yes:

    I send my photo.

I choose the print size for my photos.

    A sheet of 10 stickers of 6x6cm.

    A single sticker of 10x10cm.

I see the price for this selection.

I click on Next, and then I see the summary of the order for my two photos:

    1st photo: the price

    2nd photo: the price

    Total for both.

I can now pay via Stripe Checkout.

To give you a bit more visibility, here is the form I've created, and I want it to work with Stripe for Google Pay and Apple Pay payments:

    https://form.jotform.com/232165387241354

I wish to have conditions for adding additional prints.

    Hi Rudy,

Thanks for getting back to us. You can use my colleague's suggestion and set the payment type to user defined amount and choose the field where you will get the amount. Let me show you how:

    1. In Form Builder, go to payment settings by clicking the Wand icon.
    2. Choose the User Defined Amount from the dropdown under Payment Type.
    3. Then, select the field where you'll be getting the amount.

I saw that it's possible to change the colors of forms using CSS. However, I haven't found how to customize only one form: the one for the calculator form. I would like to make the text bold and remove the borders of its frame. Could you please tell me how to do that ?
