    Bonjour

    J'ai soit disant atteint le quota de 100 Mo.


    J'ai tout supprimer les données du formulaire ?

    est ce que mon formulaire va encore fonctionner ou pas ?

    et que dois je faire ?

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, our French Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users at the moment. I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in French, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.

    Now, let me help you with your question. After deleting the submission you'll still need to purge the trashed entries in order to free up space. Let me show you how:

    1. On your Tables page, click on the Three Vertical Dot icon.
    2. Click on Trashed Entries, and select Select All.
    3. Click and Delete Forever, and select Delete.
