    Bonjour,

    Je ne comprends pas, lorsque je partage le premier formulaire (convention de partenariat) le lien renvoie sur un message comme quoi le quota est atteint ! Pouvez vous vérifier svp, je pense qu il y a une erreur

I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in French, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.

    I checked your form and was able to replicate the issue. When I checked your limits, I see that you're no longer above your account limit. So I've gone ahead and cleared your form's cache which solved the issue. Your forms are active and can receive submissions again.
