    bonjour

    merci

    Hi jezzzbiscuit,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, our French Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users at the moment. I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in French, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.

Now, let me help you with your question. Once your submissions are deleted forever, they no longer count against your storage limit. This guide will show you how to delete your submissions fully so that your storage is freed.

Give it a try and let us know if you need any other help.

is it going to take some time before it updates?

i had 30 ish new submissions today, and was around 809, i flushed 50 and i'm still at the same amount.. thanks!

Thanks for getting back to us. In order to Free up space, you will also need to purge the submissions. Let me walk you through how:

    1. In the Jotform Table, click on the three dots icon beside the table name.

    2. Select Trashed entries from the list.

    Hi

this is what I did in all my forms as asked by James on the first reply. I kept the form because I’ll need them next year but cleared all the deleted submissions

except those I still need of course. But flushed over 50-70 and got 30 new order and It haven’t budge…

    Hi Jezabel,

Thanks for getting back to us. Yes, I just checked your account and your upload usage is currently sitting at 523.10 MB/1GB. I checked your form and I notice that you are receiving multiple uploads per submission. On top of that, you still have remaining submissions that have uploads on your other forms, and that could explain your current usage right now.

You will need to delete additional more submissions that have uploads to free up space. Also, I don't think there's a need to worry for now since you're still halfway before you reach the limit.

Let us know if there's anything else you would like to ask.
