How to Show Approval status in Jotform Reports

Bonjour,

J'ai besoin de créer une formulaire avec un certain nombre d'informations. J'ai tout ce qu il me faut sauf un info crutiale, à savoir le status de la demande (si elle est approuvée ou pas). Je ne vois pas comment faire.

I understand the you want to create an approval form and I'm happy to tell you that Jotform has the capabilities to achieve what you envisioned. What you need to do is to first create your forms with Jotform, you may either create the forms from scratch:

, or upload a PDF of the forms and let our Smart PDF feature convert your PDF into a fillable form:

After the forms are completed, you will then need to set up the Approval flows for the form so that after the form is submitted, an approve with signature or decline option will be sent to the assigned signatory/ies:

English is fine thanks. Sorry my first request was too vague and confusing.

Actually I meant that I need to build a report that will extract information from a form I have created; It is easy to do and to select what kind of informatin I want to extract. The issue is that I need to integrate in that report the results of an approval process (approve or reject) and I dont see how this can be done. I can select all sorts of information but not this one. How to do it?

Thanks for getting back to us.  Unfortunately, approval statuses of submissions can't be shown in any Jotform Reports yet. The easiest way to view the approval status is through Jotform Inbox or the filtering option in Jotform Tables. We've gone ahead and escalated your request to our developers, but when or if it's developed depends on their workload, how viable it is, and how many other users also request it. If there are any updates, we’ll circle back to this thread and let you know.
