Enregistrer et continuer plus tard

Bonjour.

J'ai quelques problèmes avec un formulaire pour un dépôt de dossiers. J'ai activé l'option "Enregistrer et continuer plus tard" et modifié le texte de l'e-mail. L'objectif est que les demandeurs puissent compléter leur dossier et aussi envoyer le lien vers un partenaire pour que celui-ci complète sa partie avant envoi.

Lorsqu'on clique sur l'enregistrement, cela semble fonctionner sauf que lorsque on y revient avecf un autre pc, le système dit qu'on n'a pas la permission d'accéder au formulaire. Je dois faire quoi pour supprimer cette restriction d'accès?

I’m really sorry that this is happening. Does your client have a Jotform account? if they had a Jotform account when they filled out your form and saved it after. They need to log in again to their Jotform account to continue to fill out the form that is saved. Are your clients filling out the forms in a browser where a Jotform account is connected? Please make sure that the draft that you will send to your clients is there; if not, they cannot open that draft either.

Here is an example of a draft that is filled with a Jotform account. Open it with another tab that is not logged in to a Jotform account. You don’t have access to this submission draft.
