How to purchase the promo price?

    Bonjour


    Je me trouve en France, j'ai voulu profité de l'offre valable 24H00 pour prendre un abonnement mais quand j'ai voulu rentré ma carte bleu Mastercard cela n'a pas fonctionné, c'est ennuyeux car l'offre était intéressante. Comment puis je faire ?

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. The promo that you're referring to has already expired and there's no option to re-activate it. What i suggest you to do is to create a new account, so that you can avail the Welcome Campaign discount and we can just transfer the forms to your new account. Also please check Jotform emails and be on the lookout for future discounts.

    But how come that while living in France I can't make a payment through your online platform? Also, please note that I tried six months ago and encountered the same problem.

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. You should be able to pay using the Jotform website to pay for your subscription. Try to use a different browser or another internet connection/ISP. If the issue happens again after changing the browser and/or ISP, take a screenshot of the error message that you've seen and include it in your reply. This guide will show you how to add a screenshot in your reply:

    1. Click the Add Image icon.
    2. A. Paste the Image URL.
      B. Click Drop an Image or click to select to upload the image from your computer.
    3. Click the Add button to include the image in your reply.
