Move to the next question without clicking the next button

Bonjour, je souhaite que , quand la personne remplie une question, il ne faut pas cliquer sur le bouton suivant pour aller à la question suivante pour faciliter la navigation du prospect

comment puis-je faire cela svp ?

You may want to use the single-choice field instead of the multiple-choice since I can see that you limit the answer to one in your multiple-choice fields.

If you switch to the Classic form layout, the "Auto Next" function supports only radio buttons and dropdowns. In order to work, the last item before the "Next" button should be a radio button or a dropdown.
