Questionnaire avec une note

Bonjour,

L'utilisateur doit répondre à une question selon un choix de 4 réponses.

Chaque réponse à une question donne un score.

Ensuite, a la fin des questions, il faut additionner tous les scores de l'utilisateur et lui attribuer la note.

Thanks for patiently waiting. This is possible by using the form calculation widget. Let me show you how: 

1. First, you will need to add elements a Single choice element. This will be your question. 

2. Then, add a Short Text Element. This would be your score for each question. 

3. And Form Calculation widget that you can see in widgets. 

4. After that, you will need to set up a condition in single-choice elements. To easily help you I would add a screencast. Please see below: 

Condition: 

Click on the Update/Calculation Field. 

IF : QUESTION 2 

STATE : IS EQUAL TO 

VALUE : TYPE OPTION 1 

DO : COPY A FIELD'S VALUE 

 - ADD FIELD 

FROM : QUESTION 2 

TO : SCORE 


5. Next, you will need to set up the form calculation widget, to sum up the two score fields. Please see the screencast below:
