Bonjour,
Je vous contacte à propos d'un nouveau problème technique.
En effet, mon compte "seniors@aivs60.org" vient d'être bloqué une seconde fois.
Voici le message indiqué lors de la tentative de connexion : "login failed".
Pourrais-je récupérer mon compte et connaître la raison de ce blocage ?

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. As per checking, the form under your account was flagged as a possible phishing form.
We understand this might not be the case with your form. Yet, we had to act according to the general rule to comply with our Terms: Free accounts with non-corporate emails showing suspicious forms must be suspended immediately.
In order to reactivate your account, we will have to delete the offending form. Or, kindly provide us with the following information:
- The URL where your form is used.
- Your website or proof of affiliation to a legitimate institution.
Send these proofs to reviewers@jotform.com with Thread #5363872 as your subject. We will inform you about your account status after a thorough review of your proofs.
