Problème téléchargement des résultats de sondages sur excel

Bonjour

Je n'arrive plus à télécharger les résultats du sondage pour les mettre sur un tableau excel. Le bouton reste bloqué sur "en préparation" et ne télécharge pas les résultats

Now, let me help you with your question. We're sorry to hear that you're having difficulties downloading your submissions to an Excel file. While it's unusual since I see your form has only a few submissions, can you try downloading them using the Excel reports feature instead? Let me show you how:

1. Go to your My Forms page and select the form you want to generate a report from.

2. Click the Reports button then click Add New Report.

4. Select Excel Report on the Create a new report page.

5. Next will be the Excel Report setup page. Select the fields or columns you'd like to be included in the report, add password protection (optional), then click on the Create button to create the report.

After clicking the Create button, you will be prompted that the “Excel Report is ready”. You can then copy the link and access it on a different tab to view the submissions or click on the Download Report button to download it to your local folder as an Excel file.
