Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I'd like to let you know that I'm using a translation tool to provide assistance. But if you would prefer to get assistance in the French language, we will leave a message to them but there will be a delay and they will answer you as soon as they are available again.
Regarding your question, I'm really sorry that this is happening. There was a temporary issue and our Developer Team has solved the issue so it should all be working fine now. Can you give it a try and see how it goes? I have cleared your form cache to refresh the data. You can also Clean Your Form Cache anytime you want.
