Feature request: Manage and view stocks on the Tables page

    Bonjour,

    Bien cordialement,

    Kim Porta

    Hi Kim,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I'd like to let you know that I am using a translation tool to provide assistance but if you would prefer to get assistance in French language, we can forward your ticket to our French support team. However, please note that it could take longer to receive a response.

Unfortunately, checking the remaining inventory isn't available at Jotform Tables right now. You can manage the available stock directly on the Product List or Purchase order.

    1. Open your form in Form Builder and select the Purchase order field
    2. Click on the Payment Settings and in the menu that opens up, hover your mouse over an item and click on the Pencil icon.
    3. Now, click on the Stock tab and here you can see the Available Stock.

We've gone ahead and escalated your request to our developers, but when or if it's developed depends on their workload, how viable it is, and how many other users also request it. As for your question with viewing the Product list on the Tables page, I moved the question on another thread to avoid confusion. You can access the thread here

If there are any updates, we’ll circle back to this thread and let you know.
