Bonjour,

Hi pooloow,
Thanks for reaching out to us for help. Unfortunately, our French Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users at the moment. I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in French , let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.
Now, let me help you with your question. To clarify , are you perhaps referring to the custom URL on your form? The username will appear as it is part of the custom URL structure:
https://form.jotform.com/{yourUsername}/{your-custom-url-slug}
However, this is applicable to the specific form only. Meaning the newly created forms will not have the customized URL, even if you cloned it. I tried it with one of my same demo forms. I customized the URL and cloned it and the custom URL was not copied.
After cloning, the custom URL was not copied.
- Hover your mouse over your form and click the drop down arrow to show more options.
- On the drop down options showing, click Clone.
This is the URL of the newly cloned form.
You can delete the custom URL by clicking the reset button under Link to share on the Publish tab.
- In the Form Builder page, click Publish.
- Under Quick Share, click the Reset button.
- It's important to note that changing the form’s slug invalidates its old custom URL, meaning you will need to share the link again to your users if they have the old link.
That's it. Let us know if you have any other questions.
