Changer le courriel d'un compte et bug

    Bonjour,

    Nous aimerions changer le courriel du compte info.brodame@gmail.com pour le courriel info@brodame.com, mais avec plusieurs essaye à chaque fois ça marque des choses d'erreurs et à toujours des bug ça fait des dizaines de fois qu'on essaye plusieurs alternative et sans succès, nous essayons une dernière fois en essayant ici avant de trouvé d'autre alternative avec d'autre logiciel.

    With that being said, let me assist you with your inquiry. I've checked the email address info@brodame.com and it has been already associated with another Jotform account. Even if this account has been deleted, it takes some time for the system to free up the email address, this is why is still not available. The easiest way to free it up is to reactivate the account associated with this email address info@brodame.com, log in to it and change the email with another address not used and then, proceed to update your account email with the desired one. If you want, I can reactivate the deleted account then, you can proceed with the steps described above.

    Once we hear back from you, we'll be able to move forward with a solution.

    Yes perfect I will try to change the info@brodame.com to an other email and after change the info.brodame@gmail.com with info@brodame.com is it that you said to me?

    Hi Brodame,

    Thanks for getting back to us. Yes, I have received the account associated with this email address info@brodame.com. Now, you can access it and change the email associated with it. Once done, you should be able to use info@brodame.com for your other account.
