J'ai demandé plusieurs fois d'exporter mes pièces jointes afin de les récupérer et je n'arrive pas à y accéder une fois le lien envoyé

Now, let me help you with your request. Are you referring to attachments you uploaded to a form? If so, it's possible that the form owner's security settings require you to log in to view uploaded files:
Since you are logged in as a guest account, you aren't able to view the uploaded files. Please create an account or reach out to the form owner to Unrequire a Login to View Uploaded Files. If this isn't what you're referring to, can you explain a bit more about the issue you're having so that I can have a better idea of what's going on and help you with this?
