Les liens vers mes formulaires ne fonctionnent pas correctement.

Est ce qu ils ont une durée de validité? Peut on avoir des liens permanents ?

Now, let me help you with your question. All our Form URLs are permanent and can only change when you use a custom URL and change your username. However, your account logs don't show any change in username, nor I could find the use of custom URLs Could you provide us with the link to the expired form, so we can investigate?
