Problème avec les submission drafts (soumissions incomplètes)

Mes clients sont incapables de se rendre sur leur soumission enregistrée avec le lien envoyé par courriel (même chose avec le lien que je vais retrouver dans le portail des soumissions... Lorsque j'essaie leur lien avec mon compte connecté, tout est ok, par contre en mode incognito, ça me dit :

You don’t have access to this submission draftFill out the form to create a new submission.

Now, let me help you with your question. You're getting the 'You don’t have access to this submission draft' because you're not logged in to your Jotform account on the incognito browser. Incomplete submissions can only be accessed by the account owner. If you want your users to save their sessions and get back to them at a later time, then you can enable Save and Continue Later feature on your form.  This guide will show you how to enable Save and Continue Later on your form.

1. In your Form Builder click on the Submit Button's Gear Icon.
2. Then go to the Advanced tab.
3. Turn on Save and Continue Later.
