Bonjour nous rencontrons un problème dans le formulaire, dans la colonne traité 1 on choisi une case vide pour mettre oui ou non un message d'erreur apparait : clé publique introuvable

Or, if you'd rather have support in French, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.
As for your concern, If you can take a screenshot of what’s happening and the error, that will help us to better understand what’s going on. We have a guide about how to do that here. Also, I went ahead and checked your form and I can see that you have enabled the Encrypt Form Data. Please take note that when you enabled Encryption in your form and clicked Create encryption key for me, jotform.key file must have been downloaded in your system. If you are using the same system where the file was downloaded, most likely the file must be there in your system downloads folder.
