How to localize appointment date in Notification email?

Il faudrait que ça affiche "est fixé le : Samedi 09 Sept

Now, let me help you with your question. You can add parameters to your {Date} tag to change the format of the date in the confirmation email. First, you'll need to copy the tag and parameters below:

{DATE:l, j \ F}

Now we need to add the tag to the Autoresponder Email. Doing that is easy, let me show you how:

• In Form Builder, click on Settings in the orange navigation bar at the top of your screen.
• Next, in the Emails tab of the left-side Panel, hover your mouse over the Autoresponder Email and click on the Pencil icon.
• Lastly, in the Email Content field, paste the tag I provided above and then click on Save.

The date will now show as Friday, 21 July. Check out the screenshot below to see my results:

J'avais mis la balise une fois votre mail reçu mais ça ne faisait rien donc j'ai laissé le champs du formulaire "rendez-vous".

Merci de revenir vers nous. Votre dernière solution est préférable pour l'instant. La balise DATE donne la date et heure actuelle, que l'on peut effectivement formater selon ces nouvelles consignes: Add a Date to an Email Notification, et non celle du rendez-vous saisi. Malheureusement je n'ai pas trouvé le moyen de formater ce champ - {rendezvous} - avec un format de date localisé. Il semble que cela n'est pas encore possible dans les emails.

De ce fait, j'escalade la requête auprès de nos développeurs. Je ne peux vous dire quand une mise à jour sera disponible, cela dépend de la demande et du planning de nos développeurs, mais nous vous préviendrons aussitôt que fait, ou une autre solution si trouvée entre-temps.
