    Bonjour

    Merci

    Hello vServices,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, our French Support agents are currently busy helping other Jotform users. I'll try to assist you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd prefer to receive support in French, let us know, and we can have them do that. But you'd have to wait until they're available again.

I believe you want help with number of tickets in your form or with the Google sheet integration. It would be great. If you can share the link to your form in which you are facing the issue with, I can check it out and help you with a solution.

It would also be great if you could elaborate your concern in a bit more detail, so we can understand your concern correctly and provide solution accordingly.  At a moment it is unclear what exactly you need to achieve

Once we hear back from you, we'll be able to move forward with a solution.

    • In your form builder, click Settings.

    Bonjour,

Merci de votre retour. Je sais comment ajouter les champs dans la feuille d'intégration

Mais je n'arrive pas à calculer le nombre de tickets dans ces champs.

    Hello,

Thank you for your feedback. I

know how to add the fields in the integration sheet.

But I can't calculate the number of tickets in these fields.

    Hi evensbelizaire,

Thanks for getting back to us. Are you referring to the number of selected tickets of your Product List element? If so, unfortunately, this is not possible. You may need to create a custom product order using different types of elements so that you can use the Form Calculation Widget to calculate the total number of selected tickets. We have a guide about How to Perform Form Calculation Using a Widget that you can check out.

If that’s not exactly what you’re looking for, can you explain a bit more so I can help you better?

Reach out again if you have any other questions.
