j’ai crée un Google form et j’ai récupéré des e-mails de prospects est ce que je peux les utiliser pour leur envoyer des mails pour annoncer les nouveautés ou tant que j’ai pas leur accord je peux leur en envoyer ?

Or do you want to send like newsletters? If you refer to sharing form links that you will create in Jotform, yes you can send it to email however for the agreement to receive such invite I believe should be asked from those users to avoid being tagged spam. If you are referring to newsletters, you need to use your email marketing platforms like mailchimp to send out emails.
