    https://eu.jotform.com/build/222362068403348

Impossible de revenir à 0 si jamais le client se trompe de produit.

    Hi Mathieu,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I'd like to let you know that I am using a translation tool to provide assistance, but if you would prefer to get assistance in French Language, we can forward your ticket to our French team. However, please note that it could take longer to receive a response.

When I check this out, this is just a default quantity. It'll only add up if they put a check mark on it. If they change mind, they can simply uncheck the product and it should not be added on the total. Also, I noticed that although it won't allow you to put 0 as default value, you can simply removed 1 and it'll be greyed out, then the default value will be zero:

As you can see below, I remove 1, it stays but it was greyed out:

Product list: Customer cannot return the quantity to 0 if they change their mind Screenshot 40When you check the product the default value is 0:

I also checked your form and your products default value is 0 and not 1:

Let us know if you have any clarifications.

    Merci

    Cela ne marche pas.

Lorsque le produit est coché avec une quantité de 1, il est impossible de le repasser à 0 en cas d'erreur de commande.

Vous pouvez essayer sur mon formulaire

    Merci

    Hi Mathieu,

Thanks for patiently waiting. I'm sorry you are having difficulties with this.

We made a change about the quantity feature a while ago that avoids the form owner and the form filler can enter "0" as an input. We aimed to prevent submitting the form without required payments with those changes.

Also, We have just made some changes for not creating new products with a "0-10" quantity range. As I see, none of your products are selected by default so I recommend you to change all quantities to 1.

Please give it a try and let us know.

    Bonjour,

    Mathieu

    Hello Mathieu,

Thanks for reaching back out to us. I see that might be confusing on the clients end. However, we've made this change recently and the clients have to tick an item first in order to count what they purchase. If the clients just increase the number of the product on the quantity box, the system ticks the Item automatically. Once they untick the item, that means this product is not counted in the total price and they won't get it in the chart even though they enter the maximum number in the box.

So they don't need to change the number on the quantity box to 0 when they change their mind. What they need to do is just unselecting the item. I took a screencast showing the Total Price on the form here:

Product list: Customer cannot return the quantity to 0 if they change their mind Screenshot 20

As a recommendation to the clients, you can put a notice text using a paragraph field informing them that unticked products are ignored no matter how many quantity was typed in the quantity box.

Give it a try and let us know if you have any other questions.
