Nous ne sommes pas capable de telecharger par quelconque moyen que ce soit le pdf en lien avec le formulaire ci joint

I'd like to let you know that I am using a translation tool to provide assistance, but if you would prefer to get assistance in the Portuguese language, we can forward your ticket to our Portuguese team. However, please note that it could take longer to receive a response.
I've tested the issue on my end and tried downloading PDF submissions on my Jotform tables but I was not able to replicate the problem occurring on your form. Take a look at the screenshot below to see my results:
May If you're getting an error message when downloading your data? Please share with us if any.
In the meantime, please try the following troubleshooting steps:
- Clear your browser's caches and cookies
- Use a different browser
- Use a different device
- If you are downloading all the submission data, please try to download a few submission by putting a checkmark on the left side as shown below
Once we hear back from you, we'll be able to help you with this.

Today it's ok
I've tried with 2 differents browsers and it worked twice
There was not any error message last Tuesday...
I have cleared cahes on the setting page Jotform...
I'm not sur that it was the problem but it's work now...
