Offre de prix pour Ecole d’équitation

Bonjour,

Je dirige une petite école d’équitation familiale comptant environ 80 élèves, dans le cadre de la mise en place des conditions générales d’utilisation ainsi que du règlement intérieur, je souhaiterais faire signer à mes élèves un formulaire une fois par an, validant de fait leur adhésion à l’école pour 9 mois. Nous n’avons pas de mail institutionnel, mais sommes néanmoins labellisé par la fédération Française d’équitation. Aussi, je voulais savoir, si vous pouviez la mesure du possible, me faire une offre de prix pour la mise en place de Jotform sur ma structure.
