How to send a reminder for a form included in an approval flow?

Nous tenons à vous signaler un problème quand à notre flux d'approbation "20221020 Mobilité P. - Kit". En effet certaines personnes ne reçoivent pas le dernier formulaire du flux se nommant "Mobilite P - Evaluation finale Mobilite".

Pouvez-vous nous aider à régler le problème?

Comment pouvons-nous envoyer un reminder depuis les formulaires svp ?

I checked your account for the "20221020 Mobilité P. - Kit" form so I can check out the approval flow but unfortunately, I was not able to see any forms associated with the title provided. Can you please send us the form link so we can investigate more?

I was able to clone the form 222904650392354 "Mobilite P - Evaluation finale Mobilite" but there was no approval flow associated with it. If it's reminder emails that you want to send out, you can use the Reminder Emails to send daily, weekly, or monthly reminder emails so you or your colleague won't forget to fill out a form. Let me show you how to set reminder emails for your forms:

1. In Form Builder, go to the Publish tab in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page.

2. Click Email on the left.

3. Select the Schedule a Reminder Email option.

In the Email tab, Here you will have the option to set the Email Subject and Email Content.

In the Recipients tab, you can provide the address of where to send the email.

The Schedule tab gives you options for when you send your reminder emails.

Once you are done with setting up your reminder email, click on the Save button and you’re all set.
