Payment never received from a client

    Bonjour une dame m’a fait un virement de 170€ et je ne l’ai jamais reçu alors que normalement c’est instantané

    Now, let me help you with your question. To clarify, one of your client submitted a form and made a payment of 170€, but the amount is still not credited to your bank account? Please note that Jotform does not process payments. We only integrate the payment processors on the forms but payments are directly being made to the selected payment processor. So, If the payment was successful, you may want to contact the selected payment process to check the status of the payment.

    Also, you can check your submissions to see if the payment was incomplete. Let me show you how to do it:

    1. Go to the My Forms, and select the form you want to view.
    2. Click on the Submissions button to open Jotform Tables.Payment never received from a client  Image 1 Screenshot 30
    3. In Tables, click on the Three dots icon in the main submissions tab.
    4. Click the Pending payments option.
    5. Finally, hover your mouse over the submission with the incomplete payment, and click the View details button. Payment never received from a client  Image 2 Screenshot 41

    If you can find the payment you mention in the section Incomplete payments, please note this means that for some reason your respondent have left the payment page without processing the payment.

    Also, I checked the account linked to the email that you used to contact us and I could not find any completed form. Is perhaps the form whit which you experienced this issue located to another account? If so, can you open a new ticket and share with us the URL so we can better assist you?
