    Bonjour,

    J'ai soumissionné un abonnement mensuel le 06/06 seulement, j'ai été surprise que mon compte a été débité malgré que j'ai annulé. puis-je avoir une explication.

    Je souhaite supprimer mes coordonnées bancaire de la plateforme mais je n'y arrive pas et de me faire rembourser sur le dernier prélèvement.

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, our French Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users at the moment. I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in French, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.

    Now, let me help you with your question. I can see that your account subscription is still active and will be downgraded back to free in August. I've forwarded this to our Billing team to process a cancelation and refund. Rest assured, we'll circle back to this thread as soon as we received a response from them.

    Thanks for patiently waiting. We have canceled the subscription and process a refund of $39. The funds should reflect on your account within the next 5-7 business days. Rest assured, your card is not saved in our system and will not be charged.
