Bonjour,
Nous avons un problème d'encodage dans les courriels que nous avons créer pour les remerciements, suite au remplissage d'un formulaire.

J'ai fait la validation du code source (HTML) et rien ne me semble pouvoir causé ceci.

Now, let me help you with your question. I've checked the screenshot you have shared with us. I've cleared your form caches, so your forms are refreshed now. When I run the test on the cloned version of your form, I could not replicate an issue. Let me share the screenshot of my testing below:

Can you please Can you please try the troubleshooting methods below:
- Please clear your Google Chrome web browser cache.
- Use a different web browser/device.
- Log into your Jotform account.
- Use Google Chrome's incognito mode for testing.
It should resolve the issue. If the issue persists, then please let us know so, we can investigate more in depth.
