Problème accès - mail sois disant erroné

    Bonjour,


    Je ne peux pas me connecter car ils disent que mon mail n'était pas bon et on me force à le modifier alors qu'il est bien correcte ( il a été annulé quelques jours mais maintenant il est ok).

    Pourriez vous débloquer la situation afin que je puisse avoir accès à mes formulaires svp?

    Now, let me help you with your question. I'm sorry you're having difficulties with this. I checked your account, and it appears that everything is looking normal. It would help us to understand what’s happening if you could take a screenshot and send it to us. We have a guide here explaining how to do that.
