Show or Hide Fields Based on the User’s Answer.

    Bonjour,

    je souhaitais souscrire à Jotform, mais dans un premier temps j'ai besoin de tester les possibilités.

    Je souhaite réaliser un questionnaire de 7 slides, uniquement avec des questions de type OUI/NON ou Réponse A/Réponse B (1point par bonne réponse)

    Je voulais avoir une slide finale qui selon la note (entre 0 et 7) afficherait des message différents, ex:

    • 7/7: bravo vous êtes un expert
    • 4/7: encore un peu de travail
    • etc..

    Est-ce possible? Car je ne trouve pas la bonne méthodologie.

Or, if you'd rather have support in French, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.

    Now, let me help you with your question. You can attain this using the Jotform Cards layout. Let me show you how:

    1. On your My Forms page, click on Create Form.
    2. Select Start from Scratch and click Card From.
    3. Click on Add Form Element, and scroll down.
    4. Lastly, select Yes/No Question.

    Then you can set up a conditional login to Show or Hide Fields Based on the User’s Answer. Here's an example:
