Suppression automatique soumissions

    Bonjour,

    J'ai paramétré une suppression automatique des soumissions de plus d'un an mais j'ai l'impression que ça ne fonctionne pas.

    Est-ce que les soumissions archivées sont prises en compte dans cette suppression ?

I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in French, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.

    Now, let me help you with your question. The Auto-Delete Submission feature automatically moves the submissions received from a form to Trash. Could you please confirm if you set the Automatic deletion on all your form submission? If yes, could you pleaes try to disable it and re-enable it again. Let me show you how:

    • Go to your My Forms page and hover your cursor on the Profile Avatar icon.
    • In the menu pops up, click on Settings.
    • In the Settings menu, click on Data on the left side of the screen.
    • Then, disable the Auto-delete submission.

    Also, you can disable it in particular form. Let me show you how:

    1. In Form Builder, click on Settings in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page and click on Show More Options.
    2. Next, scroll down to Auto-delete Form Submission and Disable it.

    Existe-t-il une fonctionnalité permettant d'actualiser les places restantes disponibles après suppressions d'une soumission au formulaire ?

    Hi melaniepaysant,

    Thanks for getting back to us. I understand you are referring to updating the available spots after deleting the submissions. When you delete a submission in the Submission Tables, the available spaces should automatically reflect on the form. For example, if you are using the Gift Registry widget the available items will automatically update if you delete a submission.
