    In our system, I was able to see that your payment through Fastspring has failed. Can you make sure that you have enough money available on the connected payment method?

    I want to pay the usual $49 but can't find that option. There is only the annual payment option, which does not correspond to my choices. Please let me know the monthly payment option.

    Hi mandhikeita,

    Thank you for getting back to us. Upon checking, I can see that you are subscribed to a monthly subscription on the same plan. This is the reason why it is only showing you an annual upgrade. When you say you're unable to complete your payment, are you saying that you want to change your payment method to PayPal?

    Once we hear back from you, we'll be able to further assist you.

    No I'm not looking to change my payment methode to paypal. I've also just 01 plan: monthly plan.

    Thanks for getting back to us. I went ahead and checked your account and I can see that you're currently subscribed to the Silver Monthly plan. Can you tell me if there's an error that's not allowing you to renew your Monthly subscription? I can investigate that if you can send a screenshot of what’s happening. We’ve got a guide here explaining how to do that. 

    Once we hear back from you, we'll be able to help you with this.

    Thanks for patiently waiting, I really appreciate it. I just received an update from the Billing Team that you can try to renew your Silver Monthly plan here.  If you run into the same issue again, let us know and we'll do some more testing to see what's going on.
