    Bonjour,

    Je vous contacte concernant un problème technique.

    En effet, mon compte "seniors@aivs60.org" vient d'être bloqué.

    Voici le message indiqué lors de la tentative de connexion : "login failed".

    Pourrais-je connaître la raison de ce problème et, si possible, comment résoudre ce problème ?

    To answer your question, it seems that the username or password you're entering in the fields is incorrect. The screenshot that you provided states that the username and password did not match. I recommend you put the credentials first in a normal text editor to make sure that you are typing it correctly. If you forgot your password, then you can use the Forgot Password tool by clicking that link on the Login page.

    Also, your account is currently active and the forms are accessible. I have cleared your form cache so that your forms will be refreshed from our servers. If you're still having issues, kindly try using incognito or another browser and check if you can replicate it in those modes.
