accéder à une attestation de formation - ou retrouver mon mot de passe ?

Bonjour, Je suis enseignante en 1-2P et le 7 février j'ai suivi la formation Edunum-J2.

Je n'arrive pas à imprimer l'attestation de formation et j'ai demandé à notre responsable Edunum qui m'a renvoyé un lien. Malheureusement, je n'arrive toujours pas à y accéder, je me suis dit que je m'étais trompée de mot de passe et en ai redemandé un, mais je ne reçois toujours rien.
